Is there a scientific way to classify overweight people? Because their faces would look radically different if they lost all that weight....

The same could be said of anyone. If you lose or gain even 10 lbs your face can drastically change. Aging and the loss of facial fat can also change your "type".
Kinda shows the limitations of typology, eh.

Not really, since weight gain won't change your facial details(eyes, nose, mouth, etc.)
However, it is accurate that being overweight distorts the shape of your face. In Boyle's case, she is either Faelid or Borreby - probably Faelid, since they are more common in Britain than Borrebies. However, she is definitely Upper Paleolithic-derived.

Susan Boyle I believe is a Cromagnoid/Bruenn that is common in Ireland and the British Isles.
This makes me believe that she can fit herself as Northwestern French (Breton), parts of the Lower Countries and even to a point in Scandinavia.
Otherwise she is just very Irish or British looking.
She's a very talent singer if nothing else.
