People told me you "starve yourself" either that or that i shouldnt eat noodles, pasta and potatoes or any carbs.

I dont starve myself. I eat healthy first of all.

I do the following.


Im not in starvation though. I do the following.

- I eat one warm meal a day, my mum cooks once a day. Usually we cook for lunch. I eat everything from noodles & pasta to mashpotatoes and steak etc. but only once a day and reduced not as much as I used to.
In the morning and in afternoon/evening/night I snack on natural yoghurt without sugar low fat (1% fat the standard is 4% fat). Fruits and Vegetables, Cucumber Tomatoes, Strawberries, Watermelon in Winter Apples and Oranges.
- I move only very little, I go to shopping per feet etc. I do some house choires.

And thats how I lost 20kg. But in June I didnt lost anything. I think i got to boundaries, first when I went shopping per feet I sweated but now not anymore, maybe now I need to do more.

My meal is normal. And I eat everything. My meal yesterday for example. Fries, Schnitzel etc. Mineral Water with Citrone etc. But instead of sugar soda like coke or fanta a pure mineral water with citrone. The meal is big, but thats how they seize it there. Its not my own measurement.

And as for carbs, they are your friend just not later then 17-18pm

thats part of a healthy diet, rice too, meat too. everything else is a crash diet and unhealthy and cannot be maintained in a long term. at one point you will gain the weight back or even more.

i learned from nutritionist the food pyramid and potatoes, bread, rice, and noodles are basic you should eat alot of it.

Carbs are good for you, but too much carbs DO make you fat. It's a fact. Especially sugars... but also things like potato. Carbs make you more fat than fats ...

since i had to work at restaurant and had to eat something at 6pm and something else small after work i lost definitively some weight. you end up eating less and using more calories ingested

Not true. Carbs don’t make you fat. Otherwise Asians would be fat from eating rice all day

No it doesn't. If, for example, you go on a diet and only eat meat and fat, and no carbs, you're going to lose weight rapidly. Ever heard of the Atkins diet?

And milk/dairy is very health and very good for you... contains so many vital nutrients. I drink at least a litre milk every day, sometimes two.

Avoiding eating any arbitrary small kinds of snacks or appetizers or junkfood such as Chips in between.

I cut the carbs by around 1/4-1/2 during each of my 2 meals per day, and I lost like 15 lbs lol! I also don't drink regular sodas..only diet.

Go full Ketogenic if you seriously consider to lose weight. You can enjoy eating meat and cheese while doing so.

Carbs are what make you fat, as I suspect you keep overeating them & you are addicted to sugars.

Everything in moderation, unless your body is sensitive to it (I have a problem with carbs and alcohol so I limit them). Less processed food, more natural and raw. Mostly vegetables, nuts, whole grains. Less meat and dairy. Avoid anything fried, and added oils and butter, as much as possible. Zero refined grains and sugars if possible.

Alot of Western expats here in Singapore complain on how they put on weight after switching to Asian diet. They are always struggling to burn off fat.

Because Asians are more used to steamed/roasted meat in light servings. Not full course steak meat 3 times a day.

Actually I see Asians eating MORE fast food than Whites, like KFC, Mcdonalds,In N Out, etc and they seem to maintain their physiques although of course they won't be as slim as their counterparts back in China who eat healthier.

Der WEG FAKTISCH zum abnehmen ist weniger Kcal zu dir nehmen als du verbrauchst. Da kann man bei einem Verbrauch von 2000kcal auch 1500kcal von mcdonals zu sich nehmen, man nimmt trotzdem ab.
