She would fit clearly in all Western Europe Athlanto-Med domain...and in Eastern counterpart too.

Probably. Children tend to be more leptomorphic than adults, though. At this age, all look gracile...

She looks semitic to me (nose+eyebrows). Could be jewish, levantine or turk. But Cyprus is close ethnically and genetically.

I agree, it's very hard to classify people with just one blurry picture.

Because usually I search for pictures of different groups and only find 1 picture, not a bunch of the same person.
Because usually I search for pictures of different groups and only find 1 picture, not a bunch of the same person.
Then ignore these and seek for a "rich" resource of more than a pair of pictures of the same person.
People use to change a lot from one picture to another, human brain can not make an real aproximation to a human face by only 1 2D image.
Be aware and accept the low worth of the opinions derived from 1 single picture of a human face.
