I think he looks Tronder-ish. Possibly Norway, Iceland. Very atypical for where he is from.

He is from Trento, not from Bolzano.

Bolzano is around 70% Italian and 25% German, plus Ladin minorities. I bet there are Germans that look like that (although his surname is Tridentino).

He has an italian face, not sure about pigmentation tbh.
