I don't have it but i seem to recall from a paper that analyzed his genome the modern population he would have been closer too are Corsicans.

So i imagine Neolithic + northern shift

I do know, I was just looking for the kit but apparently no one uploaded it on GEDmatch.

Rather Sardinians, Otzi is more like a mid neo but typical for a farmer/forager of the era.

The autosomal file is too small to be hosted by gedmatch...

maybe the guy who uploaded him to gedmatch has access to some other Otzi sample.
and i doubt the quality would improve much by imputing.

if you ignore the obvious noise like siberian, from this sample you can see Otzi is like a Sardinian, but with more Levantine and less WHG.

This is weird because some EEF has less Levant stuff than Otzi.

it's probably becuase of the low quality.
otzi is "famous" but we don't have a good autosomal sample of him. rather check the high quality "unknown" neolithic samples.
