Norid and despite their digmentation they couldn't pass in Scandinavia because of their facial anatomy. They'd fit in Italy, Spain and maybe even North africa. The girl kind of reminds me of the Tunesian footballer that was posted yesterday, Fakhreddine Ben Youssef

Celtic influence in N Italy. Baggi seems to be an uncommon name in Italy

Thank you for the web link. I was able to search my family's surnames. Is it a reliable site?

I would think so. Also, there's this Facebook page that covers Italian surnames:
https://www.facebook.com/OrigineCognomiItaliani/
Select 'post' on the left and search for surnames on the right (desktop site). It's in Italian but Google Translate should be fine.

PERUCCA:
A typically Piedmontese surname, it could have derived, directly or through hypocoristic or augmentative forms, either from a nickname linked to the dialect word perucca (Piedmontese and Lombard for wig, in Italian parrucca) originating from the strangeness of the hair/wig of the forefather, or from Pietro (Italian for Peter)

Yes, it's based on current distribution. Obviously, the current distribution doesn't imply that a surname is native anywhere is spread.
