Is Isis finished?

Almost finished when it comes to controlling territory.

But according to some estimates they have only 1,000 fighters left in general (source: https://www.qasioun-news.com/en/news/show/120758) while in one of these videos I posted, a Syrian commander estimated ISIS forces as 15,000 just in one region of Syria. So...

That Syrian commander's estimate was more realistic.

So what happened to the people living in their so-called capital Raqqa, women children etc
