face phenotype

I actually don't know if this is the right place where to post this, as I do not know the correct word to use, so I apology if creating any inconvenient.
I recently took a DNA Etnicity test, I am Sicilian, and a part from the italian % it looks like I have a good % on Middle East, Balkan and Ashkenazic Jews on my DNA, although my surname has longobard (germanic) origins I did not find any nordic DNA % . What I would be interested on is to understand which etnicity/race my face could be categorised.
Could you help me?

Hair are curly and brown.

you look southern european, surname is father's lineage, fenotype might be affected from maternal lineage i am sure,
by the way, i am also very confused because many italians look so ashkenazi that sometimes i cannot distinguish them well, nearly every italiano with hooked nose might be referred as ashkenazi jew to some degree :picard2::picard2::jew::fpope:

change your ethncity already, you are not even triyng anymore...at least 50 percent of you is not italian maybe more.
