I only know the hood "Ermelino Matarazzo" in São Paulo.

Here in Rio de janeiro, many neighborhoods/streets and cities have indigenous names, and also some have African names such as Calundu

Not many, I'd say. When Italians arrived instead of founding new cities they settled existing towns and became a majority there.

Ive seen many streets with African(there are Calundu hood and many others) and indigenous names here in Rio, as well hoods. Ive seen some Italian streets too. Most of the neighborhoods in Rio have indigenous names, such as our famous Ipanema.
But of course Portuguese names you will find many here, so shouldnt be debated since it is a colony factor.

If I were to mention streets with Italian names in São Paulo then the list would be simply to big. We also have places with Portuguese and Indigenous names as well as other foreign names such as British, German and French. I've never seen African names though.

Africans exist in Rio and Northeast, perhaps in Minas as well.

In Rio there are even schools with names of Afro Brazilians and streets with Afro Brazilian names. There is the street Zumbi dos Palmares in several cities in Rio.

In São Paulo one of our largest cities, Osasco, was named after an Italian city located in Piedmont.

I did not know that the name Calundu neighborhood in Rio was of African origin, I discovered after reading a few things. It's a kind of African dance.

The schools in Rio honor famous figures. Here's even a school called Luther king jr.

There are many streets like this here, plentys for Zumbi dos Palmares as well

I believe São paulo has many streets honored Italian figures

Giuseppe Martinelli was the richest man in Latin America who lived in São Paulo and created the Edifício Martinelli, i doubt there arent any street honoring him there
