I belive what you mean by NE is actually Balto-Slavic and Finnic, correct? I don't belive you can find people with considerable amounts of NE blood in Sicily or Lebanon.

Sicilians in ancient times I guess they had more NE euros but not after arab and berber colonized them I would say at least 30% of them have middle eastern and North African ancestry!!
Lebanese are middle eastern with Phoenician semitic heritage so I would say above 95% are semitic and at least 5% from whole Europe since Lebanon located in east Mediterranean sea.

Yeah but some people claim that particular subgroups of Lebanese have more Euro than others do.
I have seen for example people claiming that Lebanese muslims have more Euro than Maronites because Maronites were more islolated.
But can't say if its true
By the way i will alos add a poll to the thread for people to vote
Votes are not made public

If the amount is not considerable then why bother? What's the point of one being 0,0007% NE and the other 0,0005%?

Sicilians. what kind of ridiculous question is this. Sicilians can be genetically modelled as 50% North Italian + 50% Lebanese

The question is not as ridiculous as it seems
Sicilians are said to be the part in Europe with the lowest NE Euro.
And how do you know that Lebanese can't have it without studying Lebanese results.?
Europeans can also have Red Sea or at least West Asian to a minor extend.

Sicilians both have more NE and North African ancestry than ethnic Lebanese people. They're more 'extreme'.
