Individually maybe some pass, but not as a group. They look very British/Irish to me.

I do think there are Irish people who can pass in Scandinavia and Germany but a lot of those in this video look distinctly British isles.

In general I think most English, Scottish, Irish, and Welsh people look distinct to the islands and differentiated from continental Europeans.
