Baltid is a phenotype with a lot of CM influence.This lady looks a good example.Short nose, strong jaws, square face shape.

Passes pretty easily as Polish, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Austrian and German, so obviously not an exclusively Baltic look.

So-called West Baltids are brachycephalized Faelids (or more brachycephalized East Cromagnids, it depends on the case) through Alpinoid/Baltoid admixture which is sometimes observed in their facial features, too.
Females, however, have a higher border when they are still considered mesocephalic, so they should be more reduced to be called West Baltid than males:
