This guy has a Croat surname, an Italian given name, do you think he is like Italian or has Italian heritage? (Dino is a very common Italian boy given name)

Dino is kinda elderly-ish now. It's actually pretty rare among boys (it was the 918th most common baby name in 2016):

These names are common in Croatia, one of my best friends has Mario and he's 100% Croat from Zagreb.

I have met an Italian and an American girl (both Christian) with given name Miriam, I find Americans tend to follow the trend using Hebrew given names in early days

No lo so. Sua madre si chiama Sandra, la sua sorellina si chiama Lorena. Tutti i nomi sono troppo “italiani”, però parlano croato.

No so como si usa tapatalk, mi dispiace.

Looks like what he is: Yugoslav. Definitely more towards Western European... His phenotype is very rare among Romanians or Bulgarians.
