You see someone like Shane from fighttips who is just so technical yet he says he doesn't want to take part in competitions out of fear of concussions. Yet he still continues to study fighting and train.

Why do different nations have armies then?

I tell myself mma can't be as bad as modern day military shooting and dying in wars. Or medieval swordsmen, those were really bloody. The worst that could happen is getting KOed.

Then you have my own country like Singapore which even hosts MMA events and even UFC.

Humans idolize and idealized heroes.

The Jews have their own system like Krav Maga.

I just feel so insecure and doubtful of myself on whether I should pursue this.

You see people like Rose Namajunas. Great personality, so inspiring. She's a glorious heroine and you wonder how can this be not the right thing? How can it not be worthwhile?

Kanye West who is so successful and talented waiting to meet Conor Mcgregor back stage.

The fact that fighting requires reflexes and skill and is more than just fucking someone up. You can watch it appreciate and try to make sense of fights. It demanding skill and what not.

Even God Himself urges His dearest devotee Arjuna to fight.

I feel so confused and vulnerable.

Then you have heroes like Batman and what not.
