Is there a certain relationship between them? I guess not because:

R1a: It can be either Slavic or Turkic.

R1b: It can be either Italic or Celtic.

J2: It can either be Pontic or Iranic.

What do you think?

No, such myths popularized by websites like Eupedia. Haplogroups are older than those ethnic and language groups. Many people are R1* and J* carriers and they have nothing to do with those mentioned groups in your OP.
