Use this map of Poland-Lithuania as of 1771 in order to partition Poland in your own way:

A few rules:
1) 100% of territory has to be partitioned (we don't leave any rump independent Polish states),
2) Your borders can't be 100% identical as either post-1795 or post-1815 borders in real history,
3) Split it between Prussia, Austria, Russia but other nearby kingdoms can also get their share,
4) Kingdoms located far away from Poland-Lithuania cannot participate, only neighouring states,
Posting some explanations as to why you draw the borders the way you do is welcome.
