I see a lot of variety (because of the varied ethnicities like Pashtun, Tajik, Hazara, Uzbek, etc) in the video, and a lot of familiar people. I think they pass best in Armenia, Iran, and some parts of Turkey outside of Afghanistan or other heavily Afghan-populated areas.

I think that's just Iranic eyes, only true Turkish eyes would be Turanid.
