I also believe it peaks among polish and other slavic peoples and mine being quite high can be explained by the fact that Avars mixed mainly with Slavs and vanished in eastern Europe and Balkans

Greece Pomaks turkicized, they're living with their Turk neighbours. They call themselves as Turk. Bulgarian Pomaks call themselves as Bulgarian. Pomaks who migrated to Turkey, identify themselves as Turk, normally.

I'm from Greece and my parents get offended when someone call them as Pomak. Because Thracian Turks using Pomak word for insulting. I ethnically identify myself as Pomak.

Also yes, it's turkic trait. I have 1/4 Turk ancestry but it's not normal i got about 10% asian with only 1/4 turk ancestry.

My paternal grandfather is Turk. And i carry Q-L54 Y-DNA. It's interesting too.

You know what's very strange, people from regions like for example Spain, France etc. who have absolutely no connection with Siberia get Siberia while I am closely related to the North Caucasian people like Balkars, Kumyks etc. but dont get Siberia =D

Seems to be something a little strange about this Volga-Ural sample ...for example some Brits /NW Euro's here are getting near the 10 range and some of the East and South East Europeans getting the same as that.
What could be explanation for that if this is a real sample from the Ural's.

Also on many other calculators I get reasonable Siberian scores eg on K13 I get 2.29 but on this calculator just 0.46.
