Honestly other parts of mainland Greece including Thrace, Central Italy (but interestingly more Eastern looking than Italian shifted Greeks), maybe Serbia. Not sure about other Balkan regions.

Serbians mostly only have a soft dinaric look While alot of albanians have a strong dinaric look!!

Football players? Not a good basis, although the morph does look Albanian. The Balkans. Don't think he looks particularly Italian.

Its the kind of face you see in Greece and immediately you know its an Albanian

Mixture of a Tronder and Carpathid. If we divide him into components, it could be Nordid, Alpinid, Borreby and Dinarid. Except Albania, his face looks very Italian, neither Caucasus or something.
