get one! I think you can get one for less than a hundred. Or just use a regular pedometer.

Yesterday I walked 11000 steps.

I have a Polar with the heart monitor and the scale. I usually walk over 10K steps and exercise 30 min a day, expelling over 250 - 350 calories per session. I've found that walking + 2 minutes of jumping rope actually expels more calories than Denise Austin. lol.

Anyway, yes sure.

Good job! I think you have a different one than I do... mine just says I earned a badge for 30,000 steps best in a day.

Yeah, mine is Samsung Health, it's my cell so some steps arent counted. But what did you do to get 30,000 steps? I was visiting a new country so I walked a lot that day. I normally do 6000 as you can see.

I think that was a half-marathon, or training for it.

That's cool. I had a Polar too before I got the Fitbit and I liked it better in some ways.
