Because Mainland Greeks don't get always Albanian or Kosovar before Jewish or Sicilian

I have seen alot of Southern Mainland results who get Sicilian and Jewish before Albanian.

Some don't get Albanian even in their top 10

The rest gets often Abruzzo and Central Greek before they get Albanian

You should look at this chart first to determine the exact relationship; so she's your 1 C 3 x R? 75 cM is on the low side but certainly possible. Anyway, congrats! It's always nice to find cousins through DNA-matches. My highest is 142 cM and she's a woman of age (80+) and we share a couple of other matches from the same comune. If you ever need records (i.e. birth/marriage/birth records etc.) I have a good address for you in Italy and they speak/write fluently English.
