I hope you find an answer, Kaspias. I am equally interested! The lack of consistency between tests is a big headache for me too.

Thanks! I'm still searching for a fair answer.

Because those calculators and autosmal in general is not set in stone. I'd recommend testing with AncestryDna because of their "genetic communities" where they plot you with a specific group based on shared long IBD (identical-by-descent) segments of dna. It's probably the most accurate test right now. No other commercial dna test has this tool.

It was spot on for me, but it's supposed to get updated too.

What about 23andme?

they can tell you if you have Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) but not IBD (identical-by-descent) segments of dna. Are you mixed? Correct me if I'm wrong, you may get more than one genetic community

Yes, i'm mixed. At least 50% south-slav and rest balkan turk with possibly tatar roots.

Yours seems kinda broad.
They got both regions of my parents correctly (Netherlands maternal side). In case of my Italian side they even pinpointed the region (Lazio & Campania) and province (Naples) my ancestors came from.

It should show up when you click on "discover your Dna story" on the front page

I'm more interested in this GC thing you talked about, apparently it's based on IBD sharing?

Yes, IBD sharing.

Yes, IBD sharing.

But how do I view it like you posted your own results. You get it like narrowed down to a region(Bosnia, NE Italy, Croatia etc).
