How so?

The Sardinian sticks out to me firstly. From what I understood they are a pretty isolated and unique peoples, genetically. Also, the huge Middle Eastern % of course is crazy. West Asia is basically nothing in this result, so is the Middle Eastern % coming the Gulf countries or what?

My understanding of Myheritage populations is:

Middle East = Levant/Arabia
West Asia = Turkey/Iran
North Africa = Berbers

This town sits right near the Phoenician colonies, so that is the high Middle East.

So they share some common ancient ancestry then. What about the Sardinian? I know it's another Italian island but from what I read they're pretty unique.

Not sure exactly. Might represent some ancient indigenous component in all of the Mediterranean.
