Is it just me or do people with the Baltid phenotype seem to often have big lips?

People keep saying I look Asian. Well, I have plenty of Baltic blood. It has to come from there, I think, given that so many of these Baltid people have the same kind of eyes. Yet I do not have big lips at all.
