The American actor Bruce Davison.
He is famous mostly for being the star of a really fucked up horror movie called 'Willard' in the 70s, about a boy who trains rats to kill people.

I feel like it's actually pretty rare for Americans to have such a light shade of hair so late into their lives. It seems like a lot of people start out blonde - I myself was blonde up until age 5 at which point it gradually began getting darker - but by the time they're 40 or older, the hair typically matures to a shade of light brown. This guy has been an actor for a really long time and his hair stayed very blonde forever.

I feel like it's super uncommon to see Americans who retain such a light shade of hair well into their 50s and beyond.
