Yes I believe they were dark skinned, dark haired, but light eyed

Palaeolithic Europeans had dark skin, dark hair and dark eyes. During the Mesolithic light eyes become very common due to a mutation most likely from the Epigravettian culture (Villabruna), though not all mesolithic Europeans were light eyed.

Yes, they were probably very similar to amerindian but maybe more just a bit more european looking

Yes. The original Cromagnoids were very dark skinned, dark or light eyed and they had curly dark hair in the paleolithic Europe. We don't know the approximately date of their lightening, but definitely the light skin, hair and eye are their heritage in Europe between the post-agricultural settler population (Nordids, etc.).
