actually now we are getting to crux of the matter , it all started when Iranian members start claiming such Indians to Iran , look at iranian members in this thread , If iranian do this Indians have every right to also pass iranians in India. I can quote many such threads where Iranians come In Bollywood thread with iranid labels

I think its ASI in South Asians that give South Asians a distinct look , most South Asians cant pass Outside there region.

probably. indians have something distinctive in their eyes area. also something else that might sound funny to u but i've notice that in women mostly. they have a distinctive characteristic i haven't seen in any other ethnicity..it's their mouth..it's shaped like a heart :)

I think thats with most people though, especially when they smile.

But you did bring up good points regarding the mouth area and most indians tend to have plain lips. They are not full/well defined like in most groups. Also the eye area is interesting as well. Many of us seem to have dark circles around eyes and kinda giving a deepset look. The eye shapes are quite different and overall placement of features, narrower foreheads usually might all give a distinct look.

I was talking about iraqi arabs . most of them dont pass even as atypical anywhere in turkey . I noticed that when you cross the border from turkey to the neighbors people start to look very different except for south caucsasus and to a certain extent druze people and lebanese but lebs are more fitting in east turkey
