Classify my grandfather and mother

All Irish descent, both parents from Tipperary. Surname Foley, which has roots in Waterford, a Viking settlement.

And his daughter. Mostly Irish but also Scottish descent from clan Lamont - a highland clan.

I'm positive she's Irish. When I was in Ireland I met plenty of people with a similar look to her. Guess that'd have something to do with Iberians and Irish both being Celtic peoples or having a similar indigenous population.

Any of them would fit in the stereotypical tango female dancer (which actually is Argentinian with roots in various European styles, mainly from Spain, France and Italy).

Yes, Atlantid and Atlanto-Med are basically the same thing. You can think of it like a spectrum with the main difference being pigmentation....
1)North-Atlantid (lightest pigmented. example very pale skin, blue eyes and dark hair)
2)Atlantid (in between North-Atlantid pigmentation and Atlanto-Med pigmentation)
3)Atlanto-Med (darker pigmentation like this guy http://www.theapricity.com/snpa/bilder/gl-atlantomediterranid.jpg)

There's also a similar spectrum with some degree of over lap but generally a difference of average in that North-Atlantids have a lower Average CI (below 75) and Atlanto-Meds have a higher CI (between 72 and 81). The nose on North Atlantids is smaller (generally a Nasal index of under 47) than Atlanto-Meds average noses (who have a nasal index of 46 to 64). And there is a similar difference in facial index.
^And to make things more confusing the Atlantids average in between those.

So yes call her what you like Atlanto-Med or Atlantid the differences are debatable depending on opinion.

The Corrs are a perfect example by the way.
