I've been told I'm 7/8 British and 1/8 Polish, but my geneplaza k29 results say otherwise. Do you guys reckon I have an Italian/Sicilian great-grandparent or something?

Somewhere down the road you probably have a Sicilian grandparent. That makes you "part" Sicilian. I am part Sicilian and it does not register on that calc at all. Remember these calcs. They are not perfect. There is a grain of truth in all of them but they are not perfect.

Lol No!
You are not Sicilian of course
If your predominant part of Ancestry is North West Europe"68 %" and you score only 14% Sicilian its safe to say you are definitly not
Sicilian genetically.
What you look phenotypically is another story though, its abslolutely possible that a person in phenotype can resemble a remote ancestor like a Great
Grandparent.
If you come after your Sicilian Great Grandparent you can indeed look Sicilian but genetically i would never consider you Sicilian and i doubt that you cluster
with any Sicilian natives on any PCA you would plot clearly North of them or better even North of North Italians

What were you ancestryDNA, 23andme, FTDNA, MyHeritage, etc results? You shuld run through GEDmatch to know for sure, too.

What are you talking about? He has some Sicilian genetics. He is part Sicilian. Did you ever see my PCA? I cluster between many populations for example.

Which results there are exactly yours?
What is your background or better how much members in your family are/were Italian?
One of your parents?
One of your Grand parents?
Or only more remote Ancestors?

That does not matter. Use the report and tell me what conclusion you come to.
