We know that Nort Pontic (-id is a Swediah suffix, are you Swedish?) are:
Meso-Brachycefalic (values between 79 and 84) and Meso-Leptoprospic and leptorrhine. In short they are “Average Joes” or to better say “Average Juri”.

For sure North Pontic isn’t the gracile leptodolicomoprh freak you see in some Russian fashion models. And it emerges Bunak’s concept of an umbrella type comprising some main varieties in Central Russia Ukraine.This is confirmed bug the plates above showing different looking individuals with little homogeneity besides a tendency to Brachycefaly.

So the N Pontic seems to me as a contact type between Central Europen Dinaro/Noric Alpines and North European Baltics proper.

The two types that people believe form ”N.Pontic” : Nordic and Mediterranean are absent. The reason is easy men are not dolicocephalic
