Yes, like I said, if you want to look at Swedes without any Finnish admixture at all, the southernmost areas of Götaland are the best to go. They are the most far away from Finns on Single Population Sharing.

In Sweden Finns are probably the most passable group after other Scandos phenotypically. However, I'm more interested in fully Germanic Swedes. Is the area around Gothenburg fully Germanic?

I would def say so. All of Götaland(the green area in your map above) scores the same and they score basically identical to Danes and Norwegians.
There are also regions in Northern and Central Sweden that don't seem to have much or any Finnish admix.

Swedes from Svealand definitely do have Finnish admixture, but not everyone do like I said. It seems to be less common in the cities and the historical bourgeoisie than in the rural areas. If Central Swedes are 25% Fennoscandian, South Swedes 15% and East Finns 80%, then those Central Swedes should be no "more" than about 15-20% Finnish ancestrally, or have I counted wrong?

North Atlantic/North Sea is the focus area, not only Siberian. K36 Fennoscandinavian is based on the East Finnish gene pool and in a Euro-historical perspective K36 is a poor try. Davidski wouldn't do the same again.
