she is from abbotabad in KPK, so most likely Hindko(many Hindkowan are of Pashtun origin)

No. I would think she is with those Iranian migrants/tourists that are here in the city. But this woman you posted looks like many Gypsies I've seen:

cool that woman is Punjabi, OP is from North Pakistan and her look is atypical in Punjab.

yeah she fits well as Pakistani Pashtun, dont know about Afghan Pashtuns.

maybe its makeup she easily fits the diversity here are more pashtun politicians from Pakistan

^ peshmerga women are iraqi kurds most of the time and can not be taken as good examples of kurdish looks . kurdish women from turkey look different often . it depends though

I am not saying that kurdish women are ugly in general but a good amount of kurdish female politicians are
