I saw this article a little while ago but didn't see it's relevance, now they've put up a picture of the two "girls"

Tatiana Tye and Jazmine Finley allegedly rented a flat and forced at least five girls, aged from 14 to 17, to undergo child sex abuse for profit.

No surprise there, except why anyone would PAY to sleep with those two! the one on the right is especially ugly!

The girls attended Carl Hayden H.S. in Phoenix. It has had a bad reputation for decades as a predominately black school (maybe becoming more Hispanic?). In Arizona, public school systems do not necessarily have a correlation to city boundaries as they are seperate political entities. The City of Phoenix is actually served by at least 5 or more school systems (several overlapping with other cities), the Phoenix Union High School District, which operates Carl Hayden, covering the central & southern areas of the Phoenix. When I was in High School in the Pheonix area 30-years ago, the schools in the PUHS were the worst in the metro area - they also had most of the Negro students in the state at that time. When I heard about this I knew it had to have happened at Carl Hayden or one of the other schools operate by PUHS & the girls would be Negroes.

Arizona has the worst public school systems imaginable. And no surprise the valley area is insane, that metro area is so clustered it isn't funny. I'm sure the schools down there are predominately hispanic by this point, most of the city is.. I'm sorry to hear you had to go to school down there.
