Volga-Ural groups in the far east and the Saami. Followed by various Finnic groups (Veps, Ingrians, Karelians, Finns) and some Russians (Arkhangelsk and east of the Volga). Non-West Eurasian ancestry (anything that isn't Basal Eurasian, ANE, West Eurasian hunter gatherers like Vestonice, WHG, Bichon, etc.) in Iberians and Hungarians is insignificant.
