How many percent can pass in azad Kashmir? 95%, basically everyone could pass in some part AJK, except the two Mongoloid influenced Afghans that i saw. A lot of people don't know this but a lot of pashtuns have moved into Azad Kashmir, I'd estimate Muzzafrabad at like 10% pashtun, Kotli and Neelam also have a lot of Pashtuns living there.
