I mean, can he pass better as a lighter than average Italian/Iberian or as a Slav?

More Slavic

But it depends to which Italian type you compare him

He wouldn't look South Italian because even their fair types look different but if he would be from South Tirol or Northern Italy
i wouldn't think he is atypical or look more Slavic

More Spanish/Portuguese/Northern Italian than Slavic.

I would immediately guess him American or British. Would never pass in Northern italy imo.

Fair enough but he doesn't have a very Eastern look either.
I would guess him as French or British before Ukrainian or Russian.

Ukrainian or Russian look does not mean Slavic look. This guy looks typical Polish.

Looks Northern Italian, or Iberian rather than Slavic. He could maybe pass as a Western Slav.

Anyway,he is from Sitia a city located in the eastern part of Crete.I've always assumed that Crete was one of the most extreme Southern shifted islands, with very high Caucusus. But I think and I heard that there are differences in Crete between some parts that are more similar to mainland greece.

Crete is southern swifted, probably the most southern swifted region in Greece.
But don't expect the average Cretan to look like an alien in mainland Greece.

From these options, Slavic.
His vibe is not Iberian/Italian, in my opinion.
