Yes. They had also aquired Anatolian input compared to the Neolithic samples (hence the higher West Med), who were even more Southwest Asian shifted.

They still resemble the Pre-Pottery Neolithic samples far more than those from Jordan and Sidon from the early bronze age. This indicates the introduction of Bronze in the levant came with most of the CHG/Iran_N-rich ancestry found in Levant_BA.

Actually the shift here is towards Anatolia, they had extra Anatolian farmer, much more than modern Levantines or any other West Asians.
And we know Anatolian farmers were WHG-like shifted in comparison to the Levantine farmers so this shift is actually towards Europe more than anything.

That's not a good fit at all.

These Levant_Chl will have significantly more WHG-related than any modern Levantines and will probably score about the same Basal-rich(what you call SW Asian). Modern day Saudis are actually much more Basal/SW Asian than even the neolithic samples from Jordan. That's because they are not ancestral to Arabs at all. Arabian penninsula was probably purely Basal for a longer period than the Levant which had Anatolian input already early on.

This gives a better distance
