He looks like a dinaro-influenced version of Michael Fassbender.
More interestingly I have seen 2 Fassbender DOUBLES posted on this forum so far - both were Hungarian.

Lol, actually yes. Those kind of faces are super common in central and eastern Slovakia and my ex-class mate looks like Handzuš too but he is from Bratislava. But I am pretty sure this look is common in Hungary, Poland and Czechia.
