He is from Macedonia, however at least half of his ancestry is from an ethnic group which is not Slavic Macedonian.
His other half might be of ethnic Macedonian ancestry...

I was passed by many here in Caucasus as well along with Balkans :D

Hmm, I must disagree as I personally know him and I can say that he has longer face than the guy you posted and doesn't have round face.
Overall the guy you posted gives me different vibe.
