Castizo. Probably around 15% indigenous admixture. His slanted, semi-mongolian eyes give it away.

Well, he looks "full euro" if you mean Eastern European, where you find the same kind of very low Asiatic influence in eyes and cranial shape.
If you mean he looks full western European, you are not very observant. And there's plenty of cases in which you would never even detect people who have
15% indigenous blood. Phenotypes are not always equivalent to the degree of admixture some people carry. Case in point:
