Sorry Philippines, if anything happens to that Made in China nuclear floating Chernobyl, you guys will all be radioactive and your entire country poisoned for generations.

Oceanic currents push any construction and debris in case of hurricanes and typhoons from the Spratly Islands (where the Chinese plan to put this floating nuclear reactor) towards the Philippines. Other Southeast Asian countries will be affected as well but the Philippines bear the brunt of a nuclear disaster. Duterte supported China´s expansion but his people will pay for it. This will not end well.
