i think he looks mainly north mongoloid.

are tibetans mixed with australoid ??..

South Mongolids are darker skinned than this guy and with more SEA-like features, maybe he is an intermediary type.

Well, South Mongolid is a broad term for a category of phenotypes. Tibetid is described as more of a Sinid phenotype with slight Caucasoid influence from Indid or Turanids.

This monk looks more like a Shanid or a Palaungid, which are South Mongolid types, he does have a slight Sinid influence but it doesn't look specifically Tibetid Sinid.
