The ancient Romans were not Dinaric

First of all, having a convex nose doesn’t make someone Dinaric. Ceasar had a convex nose but his features were Alpine, for example the roundish head (that many Romans had):

Modern people from Rome or central Italy are not a Dinaric people either. Why would their ancestors be Dinaric then?

This fairytale of the ancient Romans being Dinaric just because some of them had a convex nose needs to end.

They weren't solely Dinaric.

You can't say people like Cicero or Vespasian weren't Dinaric at all, for example.

Dinaric types and influences exist in Italy in similar proportions to that of Greece

Both neither Greece nor Italy is or never was Dinaric in majority for that matter but as you correctly observed
most Brachy influence in both countries is Alpine not Dinaric
