I live in Norway, average Norwegian isn't exotic but they can have exotic types. And I used to live in villages where most people are ethnic Norwegians, no Samis, and most migrants are recent so mixing hasn't occurred much.

Some Norwegians can have black hair and brown eyes. Norwegians mixed with Samis but these exotic types aren't the result of that.., Sami admixed Norwegians are probably more mongoloid like Morten Gamst Pedersen and Lars Monsen.. both have Sami ancestry.
