I visited in Villmanstrand and Imatra at summer 2017. Well...no wonder I did't understand much of local people talks.
Anyway....lake Saimaa was beautiful and so close to those cities.

I tasted both ''atomi'' & ''vety'' ... as local people recommended those :thumb001:

Oh, that small fish is Coregonus albula (vendace)....first twiddle fishes in breadcrumbs (which incl. salt and other spices), then roasted them with using butter ... like here:

I live close to sea, and here are't as much lakes as in Eastern Finland. We don't have that fish either here.
