According to Sonia Cole, Anglo-Saxon type is common in Northern Germany, Netherlands and East England. But I don't think you'll find them in such extreme numbers anymore, except for costal areas. Northern Germany is mostly Nordic modified with some heavier (Dalofaelid/"Borreby") and stockier influence(Alpine). Anglo-Saxon in the pure sense should look like this (take a side the ridiculous nose in the reconstruction):
