I don't know how to explain it. But it'd be the cheeks/nose area, with the cheeks being very round and pronounced. This doesn't show up in just Athens, but in villages as well. I have seen Greek-Canadians with the same look. If I can find some celebrity examples or something I will post, but I can't think of any names off the top of my head at the moment.
