I wouldn’t know.
He is a model so atypical and pics probably emphasise the atypicality.
However those combination of features (and colour) sometimes happen in Caucasian (white) Asians.
To say better those kind of pale water/green eyes are more common in Asia than in Europe.

blue eyed robust guys with scarce beard? not common but often enough not to be rare. the guy doesn't look Iranid/NordIranid, he wouldn't pass in Romania if he did, he has a CM/robust influence that passes him in the Balkans, especially eastern Balkans (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece). he's also on the lighter side of the Balkan look with his blue eyes, long and wide face and straight nose.
