I do, but I cannot put every population on the map or things will be very distorted. and invisible. If I were to map every world population on here, you would be put in your "proper place" but nothing would be visible on the map. The PCA maps are always a tradeoff between making things visible and accuracy.

Not enough dimensions for Europe here (really only one to two, so minor deviations do crazy things; it puts you somewhere between Norway and Ukraine, which is least accurate of any of these). I have been having a hard time getting great results for some areas also.

These are based on modern populations. I am more or less half Ashkenazi Jewish and half Bulgarian Sephardic (who usually don't make up reference populations, but are closer to Ashkenazi Jews than North African Jews are when they are plotted).

Is your Sub Saharan admixure real, or is it Caucasoid North African ?

Not direct SSA. It's Berber from central Morocco (Caucasoid). Berbers just have some ancient West African (100% Berber is 15% SSA).
When there is North African reference I never get SSA (FTDNA,DNA.LAND,GENCOVE...- 0% SSA).
Don't forget that Jews and levantines have about 3% SSA blood to begin with (very Ancient East African ancestry). Mine is just a little bit higher (2-3% more SSA than usual because of the Berber).

Not enough dimensions for Europe here (really only one to two, so minor deviations do crazy things; it puts you somewhere between Norway and Ukraine, which is least accurate of any of these). I have been having a hard time getting great results for some areas also.

Really good placement. I tried changing the optimization method (how it calculates the locations). So far, that seems to be improving placements but we'll have to see. Has you right between England and Scotland (there is no Irish marker).
