He is Irish, but if he were Russian or Finnish he would be almost certainly classified as a Volgid/Vyatkid type.

The eastern impression is probably due because of the median eyefold (popular among many N peoples) the high cheeckbones structure. Face seems narrow though.

I actually think he is more in the range of Guenther's Sudetic because of the mesocephaly instead of the "Neo-Danubian" brachycephaly.
